ArcPath Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for buyers who need alternative steel buildings quoted on one basis. The desk does not claim authorized dealer status, does not own a fabricating plant, and does not publish a street office. The six lines below are the minimum index inside a serious brief.

Buyer-side sequence
These marks are steps in a procurement file. They are not company anniversaries, plant openings, or customer counts.

Capture the reference search
If the buyer arrived from a brand-name search, record that phrase as context only. The working file then switches to use, geometry, and location.

Freeze comparison rules
Agree which lines must match: primary frame, secondary framing, enclosure, freight, and installation. A repeatable 60 ft by 100 ft bay can be compared faster. A custom clear span or an unusual eave height needs its own calculation. Open choices stay visible instead of being smoothed into one total.

Request supplier packs
Each alternative should name the proposed system, plant if known, assumptions, and exclusions. Request drawings matching the quoted clear span, eave height, load criteria, and foundation interface. Match document identifiers to the proposal revision; mark missing or mismatched records pending and ask for a corrected pack before acceptance.

Hand back the decision
The buyer and the project professionals accept or reject deviations. This desk can organize questions. It does not award the contract or stamp drawings.
