ArcPath Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It does not claim authorized dealer status and is not affiliated with inland buildings.

ArcPath Sourcing terms of service

These terms govern use of the ArcPath Sourcing website and the inquiry form that posts to the existing feedback address. The site is an independent sourcing desk for business buyers who want alternative pre-engineered steel buildings quoted on a written basis. It is not a store, not a fabricating plant, and it does not claim authorized dealer status for any searched brand.

What the desk agrees to consider

When you submit a brief, you ask the desk to read the stated use, geometry, loads, quantity, destination, and scope, and to organize follow-up questions for possible suppliers. That request is not an order, not a reservation of capacity, and not an acceptance of any price. Optional budget figures and supplier preferences are buyer notes. They are merged into the requirement text and are not treated as a contract price or a verified rating.

What you agree to send

You agree that the information in the form is provided so suppliers can be asked comparable questions. You should have the right to share drawings, site data, and commercial targets included in the brief. Do not send confidential material you are not allowed to circulate. Do not present a brand-name search as an instruction to obtain original-brand goods. The desk will record that phrase as context and will look for alternative products only.

Quotes, scope, and documents

Any quotation later received from a supplier belongs to that supplier. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions mean only what the quotation itself defines. Freight, taxes, foundations, cranes, utilities, permits, and installation stay excluded unless the quotation includes them in writing. Drawings, calculations, weld notes, and plant statements must be read against the quoted system and the project jurisdiction. A page on this website does not certify IBC, IRC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472, or ISO 9001 compliance for anyone.

No professional appointment

Nothing on the site is structural engineering, architecture, legal advice, or a code determination. The buyer and the licensed professionals for the project keep those roles. The desk does not stamp drawings, pull permits, or accept deviations on your behalf. If a supplier assumption conflicts with the brief, the conflict stays open until you decide.

Site content and accounts

Page text, layout, and inquiry categories are provided for procurement discussion. Catalog names are inquiry options, not a warranty of availability. You may not scrape the site to impersonate the desk or to suggest an affiliation that the pages deny. The desk may decline a brief that asks for original-brand supply, that lacks a business purpose, or that cannot be turned into comparable questions.

Liability limit

To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for supplier delays, price changes, site conditions, or decisions you make from a comparison sheet. Sourcing support described in the site banner is limited to the stated ceiling and only after eligibility is confirmed from product, quantity, destination, and requirements. The website does not promise a lower project cost.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the form after an update means you accept the posted version for new briefs. Earlier submissions keep the handling described at the time they were sent, except where a law requires otherwise.

Questions about these terms can be placed in the requirement form on the contact page. There is no separate legal hotline.
