Send a building brief to ArcPath Sourcing

ArcPath Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The masthead is a handling guide, not a storefront locator. No street address, phone line, or social storefront is published because none is claimed. Use the requirement form so the geometry, loads, quantity, and destination stay in one file.

How the file arrives

Use the project form below. Include your name, company, work email, and building requirements so follow-up questions can stay attached to the same brief. Phone, budget, and supplier preference are optional.

What to expect next

The next step is to clarify missing comparison lines before requesting quotations. If a field is unknown, write unknown rather than leaving a supplier to guess a wind speed or scope label. Supplier minimum order, sample availability and cost, drawing-review timing, and production lead time must be confirmed for the proposed package.

What the reply can cover

Replies organize supplier questions and quotation gaps. The desk does not claim authorized dealer status, does not issue permits, and does not state a project-cost reduction. Eligibility for sourcing support is confirmed only after product, quantity, destination, and requirements are reviewed.

Three-part brief

Start with buyer identity, add optional commercial guidance, then describe the building. A shell package leaves foundations and site trades to the buyer; an installed or turnkey offer can coordinate more work, but every exclusion still needs a named owner.

  1. Name the buyer and the company that will own the decision.
  2. Add an optional amount, currency, per-building or whole-order basis, and a premium, mid-range, budget, or undecided preference. If the target budget is exceeded, ask suppliers to separate enclosure finish, custom geometry, and installation options rather than reducing required design loads or omitting engineering documents.
  3. Describe use, footprint in feet, eave height, clear span, bay spacing, jurisdiction, wind speed in mph, ground snow load in psf, seismic design category, quantity, destination ZIP, timing, and whether the quote is shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey.

Your project requirements and optional budget guidance will be sent together. See the privacy policy for how the brief is handled.
